Decided this week as the card challenge on Scrapbook Sisters blog is themed for the male to combine it with Part 3 of my digi stamps launch.
This is the card made for the challenge using the zipped sweatshirt & T shirt.
I ran the sweatshirt image through a Tim Holtz embossing folder and coloured with peeled paint distress ink pad.
I used a second image to colour and cut out for the fold back of the sweatshirt and laid some cord underneath that was salvaged from a carrier bag I had. Nothing goes to waste!
I coloured the T-shirt and the ‘RISK ‘ graffiti and added some clear gems, colouring with a copic/ promarker to match the background colour. Stuck the graffiti to the front of the T-shirt.
The T-shirt can slide in and out of the sweatshirt revealing your message.
Here are some more examples from my class.
Printing the image onto texture card and colouring with faded jeans distress ink.
Adapting to make it more girly with colour and adding a stamped background and gems on the zip.
All of these images and some more I will share later in the week are available on CD at Scrapbook Sisters.
Until tomorrow. Thanks for stopping by.
